The Migrant Compass Mind Map

This project is a mind map for the Migrant Compass Project at the Fletcher Lab where I am leading the development and implementation of a mobile platform designed to provide real-time, location-specific information and guidance to migrants. Coordinating a cross-functional team of data scientists, policy experts, and developers to integrate crowdsourced insights with official migration data. Overseeing research on ethical and legal considerations surrounding migration technology, ensuring compliance with local laws while maintaining user privacy and safety. Engaging with stakeholders, including NGOs and academic institutions, to expand the platform’s impact and reach.
